Availability and Design
All our cakes are made to order, therefore if a certain ingredient become changed or discontinued by the manfacturer, we reserve the right to use an alternative product of equal or greater value. Patter Cakes cannot be held responsible for availability of products.All cakes shown are for illustrative purposes only. We endeavour to provide each cake as described how designs and ingredients may vary.
Payment
We accept payments through Paypal and Cash
Cash
We accept cash with a 50% deposit required on ordering and the balance paid on delivery and or collection. To place a cash order please contact cashorders@pattercakes.co.uk
PayPal
You do not need a Paypal account to use this service and you can use various payment methods as described in checkout. When your order has been processed you will receive an email from Paypal confirming all the details. This is your proof of purchase. Please be aware that if there you have a paypal Account but have insufficient funds and your payment is processed via your bank / building society account, there may be a delay before this payment clears. Consequently your order may be delayed by up to 10 days.
Packaging
Our beautiful cakes are wrapped in clear Cellophane then decorated with a huge bow, Ribbon and a Gift Tag all co-ordinated with the colour scheme of the cake for that finishing touch. To ensure that our cakes get to you in top tip condition they will will be cafefully wrapped and sent in a cardboard box
Delivery
UK
All our items will be delivered via courier or Royal Mail. . All goods will be insured against loss or damage. Items will only be dispatched after payment clears. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, orders placed bank holidays ore weekends will be dispatched the next working day. If you need a certain delivery time like a saturday delivery for example please inform us of check out
Channel Islands, Ireland, Isle of man, Isles of Scilly
Please please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to avoid dissapointment, I will endevour to contact you to notify you of shipment.
Refunds and Returns
We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event you are not please contact us immediatley, We always do as much as we can to resolve any dispute. Please email us at customerservices@pattercakes.co.uk If we can't resolve your issue we do offer a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) for any items provided they are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Please note you are responsible for the return postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your returns as we can not offer a refund if the product is lost and there is no proof of postage.
Privacy Policy
All personal information you provide to us will only be used by Patter Cakes to complete your order or to contact you regarding any queries and future offers. We will not provide your details to any other third parties if you wish not to recieve any information from us please let us not when you place your order. We do reserve the right to publish any feedback you provide to us but will take the necessary steps to remove any indetifiable details . Please do inform us you do not wish any feedback to be published.
